At just 33 years old, the Michelin-starred chef from Ulm is one of the most exciting talents in German gastronomy. Her restaurant Bibraud is the smallest Michelin-starred restaurant in Germany – but the dishes that land on your plate are truly extraordinary. Inspired by French and Mediterranean cuisine, she focuses on pure refinement and clarity of flavour, and her efforts have been recognised with a Michelin star and the 2023 Young Chef Award.
In 2014, she started out with a simple kitchen and only served tapas. Today, she puts her skill and passion into every dish. Her philosophy: ‘First and foremost, it has to taste good, it can't be too complicated. But the guest has to melt away at the first bite.’
