Some facts about André Wolff
- André Wolff spent 15 years cooking at Hans Stefan Steinheuer's Alte Post restaurant and earned his star here with creativity and absolute dedication.
- Today he is head of product development at Rungis Express. ‘It wasn't an easy step for me,’ he explains, ‘when you've worked there for so long, you're almost part of the family.’ But the opportunity to realise himself anew in the world of culinary delights was too tempting.
- Like every child, André Wolff loved cooking with his grandmother. She taught him everything about food. At the age of seven, he said to himself: ‘I want to be a chef!’
- In 2009, he came third in the professional Bocuse d'Or cooking competition with a fabulous surf “n” turf creation.
